Many companies compose RFP (Request for Proposal) documents to find a right vendor for their Drupal development needs. But I think most of these RFP docs are not an appropriate way to find right, highly motivated and experienced company / team.

I will try to explain why do I think so.

On our drupal development projects we try to use Scrum as our main software development methodology. There were times, when we weren't able to achieve sprint goals, and in this article I will tell you why. I want to point out few mistakes whichv didn't allow us to be fully "agile" and reach the goals we set. My own experience only, hope it helps you.
